Paula Patton has a distinguished career as an actor, producer and director. She is most well-known for her role as a lead actress as a character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. While growing up in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, the actress had plenty of dreams. Her mother loved films and was able to instill an interest in films in her daughter. Paula was active with her school's cocurricular activities and was particularly drawn to drama. Her classmates and she played together and took part in the school's productions. She was a part of numerous performances at the high school of Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to pursue acting as a profession. The summer was a blast at the University of Southern California. The program was awarded to her by PBS to make documentaries for the course of three months. As soon as she completed her three-month task successfully the first task was working in the production department for documentaries on television. Then she began producing documentaries. She loved her work but was determined to pursue a career as an actor. She began her journey into acting when she appeared as Will Smith's co-star for the love story Hitch. In the years since, she's played in numerous popular films as well as TV series.
