Morgan and Maggie
Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny, born February 3, 1950) is an American actor from the United States. The actress gained fame in the late 70s and early 80s through her roles on a variety of programs on television, in which she was portrayed as an attractive actress. Fairchild's acting career started in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She starred in 1978 on the primetime soap opera Dallas as the first actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a lead role in the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). The show was a short-lived ABC primetime action drama Paper Dolls. In the following season between 1985 and 1986 she portrayed the lawyer Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild was actively involved in theatre and in appearances on television shows like Roseanne, Cybill and Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the former, she was awarded an Primetime Emmy Award. She is also an SAG-AFTRA board members. She was born in Louisville Kentucky to a hotel manager and a homemaker Lawson was a passionate performer since an early age. She eventually started performing in local community theater productions as young as eight. She was a graduate of the Catholic All-girls High School. Maggie Lawson began her career when she was just eight years old initially performing in theatrical productions.
